一种小麦低聚肽螯合钙的制备装置
本实用新型涉及一种制备小麦低聚肽螯合钙的装置，包括设有搅拌器的夹套反应釜，所述装置还包括分别与夹套反应釜上第一、第二、第三进料口连接的补碱、补酸和钙源水溶液管道，所述补碱、补酸、钙源水溶液管道均通过独立泵机与料源连接；夹套反应釜顶部设有用于通入多肽溶液的第四进料口、底部设有通过阀门启闭的排料口；所述装置包括通过蒸汽管道与夹套反应釜的夹套连通的电加热蒸汽发生器；所述装置包括通过加水管道与夹套反应釜的夹套连接的水源，加水管道上设有水泵和电加热管。本实用新型可以实现小麦低聚肽与钙充分螯合反应，同时保证低聚肽螯合钙制备过程中的无菌性以及连续化螯合反应，提高反应过程中各参数的可控性，整体操作方便且自动化程度高。
