一种青麦淀粉及其中A、B型淀粉的分离方法

本发明属于青麦深加工技术领域，特别涉及一种青麦淀粉及其中A、B型淀粉的分离方法。去除杂质后的青麦颗粒加入水打浆粉碎1-3min，之后过筛，并对筛上物进行重复打浆过筛的操作至筛上物仅剩绿色麸皮；过筛物离心后倒去上清液，除去上层灰色杂质和蛋白层，得到粗淀粉；粗淀粉纯化去除蛋白后获得青麦淀粉。本发明采用多次离心、分级提取的方法进行青麦淀粉的提取和A、B型淀粉的分离，不仅能将A、B型淀粉分离的更彻底，还总体上提高了B型淀粉的得率。提取方法操作简便、可行性高，无毒无害、安全性高，生产成本低。
